DIY Eating

One of the saddest observations Mrs. Braun has made is of the loss of survival skills, such as knowing how to cook and eat simple foods. Knowing how to make a simple soup or stew and how to bake a simple bread, she believes, is as important as knowing how to drive or use a telephone. Many modern ailments stem from the most basic of causes, such as most individuals' propensity to drink too little water (just try it and see how differently you feel), or to eat nothing but fried or processed foods. Life is actually quite simple, once one boils it down to the essentials!

Never fear, however, dear reader! It is simple enough, armed with the most basic tools of the household, to learn to cook these essential foods of living, once one has the needed information to do so. And that is what Mrs. Braun will provide you.

To get some ideas of what can be done, to make a splash with simple foods, examine this recipe link:

Tip: It's important to drink a quart/liter of water in the morning, and one in the afternoon. This will provide the fluids you need throughout the day, will improve your digestion, mood, blood pressure, and other essential functions. This also cures many headaches.

Mrs. Braun will guide you through the basic practices of an independent life, in upcoming posts. Be well, dear reader, be well. And don't forget to drink your water! Try it for three days and see how much better you feel!
